Feeling good. Feeling bad. What does it mean?

Do you feel good or bad when you're stressing the shit out of yourself in the gym?

When you're running and every single cell is in pain?

When you do other impossible things?

and why are you doing these? To feel?

Sometimes it is necessary to decide. Yes, life will change. And it is a good thing. Focus on what's ahead...

Most accounts on SM are seeking attention and engagement. They don't really care what to post or what their audience will do with the info, as long as it brings engagement.

My main purpose is progress, and I post here whatever I need to understand the world better and to grow, achieving my goals. I will be glad if my posts help you too.

Prolonged fasting (not eating for 3+ days) speeds up the metabolism and more energy is spent during activity. Calorie restriction (eating less than the body requires) slows down the metabolism, so less energy is spent during activities.

The first screenshot shows the data of my 1 hour weight lifting in the gym from yesterday (17 days without food, 80 kg). The second screen is a 1 hour workout from 43 days ago (eating usually, 90 kg).

Even though my weight was 10 kg more, which should have increased my energy expenditure, the workout in the fasted state has spended more. It even shows in the average BPM. And the intensity of the fasted workout was also lower.

Putting aside countless health and other benefits, fasting is the best method of weight loss.

It takes me several hours to get 10 contacts from women I like in the streets. It takes several days to meet a couple of them and choose one or two I like the most. After that, I can communicate and do what I want.

If you have problems finding and communicating with women, you need to work on yourself.

I'm here to help. Ask questions...

How to destroy a person's life?

Pay him a salary for doing nothing.

Or give him pleasure easily.

Whatever happens, whatever you may feel, always stop and think, "What is the best, most beneficial move I can do?" Act accordingly.

Removing highly addictive drugs (sugar and other carbs/processed junkfoods, and anything that gives you easy cheap pleasure) from your life will solve most of your problems. After some time, your sensitivity will come back, and you will start enjoying real life.

Prolonged fasting brings the body and the mind to pure efficiency.

The longer you don't eat and the scarcer the resources get, the more effective all the systems must get to survive.

Also, to raise the chances that food will be found, the body is forced to upgrade all the systems to maximize the chances.

When you fast for long enough, you become a healthy, strong superhuman.

Moving or lifting weights is not complicated. But if you start focusing on "the right form" or "mind-body connection" you will be overwhelmed as a newbee.

Watch a couple of videos to get the idea, choose light weights, and start training. Your body will tell you the rest. After some time, you will adapt and can lift heavier and with a better form...

"I feel bad, I have no energy, it's painful, I need to see a doctor."

You need to start eating real food, moving, and communicating. It is called a healthy life.

You are not an *ist or belong to any group. You just don't understand things and were psyoped and brainwashed.

Walk. Think. Analyze. Imagine. Decide. You are the one creating your life. It is all up to you!

Without insuline you can't gain weight. If you're overweight, you need to lower your insuline levels. Avoid junk that releases high levels of insuline. Eat real food!

There is reality. And there is our perception of it, which can differ drastically and can be beneficial or destructive.

Learn to perceive things in a way that benefits you and is aligned with your goals.

It doesn't mean be delusional or deceive yourself. It means find how you can benefit in any situation.

There is no time to complain and feel sorry for yourself!

Feeling something depends on sensitivity. Being it pleasure, discomfort or pain.

It is advantageous to make yourself more sensitive to pleasure, abstaining from it, and more tolerant to discomfort/pain by exposing yourself to it more often.

Doing so will raise the quality of life substantially.

408 hours. Everything done as planned.

While it takes more and more effort to do things, it is what it is. Saying it gets harder doesn't help.

Harder is a subjective and relative concept.

If I label it as 'hard', I'll start feeling sorry for myself. I'll think that I'm pushing too hard and, perhaps, I need to treat myself better. All this opposes my goals and is inneficient.

Instead, I am labeling things as I want them to be.

"I am doing great, I am strong and capable. There is nothing that can stop me. I always achieve what I want!"

This way, I create a reality that suits my goals and makes me unstoppable.

Emotions is how you control people.

Shame, guilt, anger, fear, and pleasure.

Be cautious. If you feel strong emotions during a communication, you may be psyoped.

I have been curious about how the world works for as long as I can remember. Learning has always been the most interesting thing in life for me. At some point, things started clicking, and the bigger picture started to emerge — I began to understand the world.

Life is beautiful!
