What will happen to a warrior who doesn't eat anything for 21 days?

We will know for sure, in 21 days.

Did blood tests today (CBC, total & free testosterone). Will be interesting to compare before, right after, and after 10 days of eating.

I was 90 kg exactly in the morning. I think I will come down to 76-77 kg.

Plan to lift weights in the gym for 1 hour and walk 10000 steps every day. Other activities, as usual.

I have been eating only meat and eggs for a month now. So it should be pretty easy, no carb addiction...

48 hours. Felt ok in the morning. Workout was good. After was feeling weak and lazy for several hours. Then went walking through the city, approaching people, communicating, and felt energized and good.

72 hours. Today was very good. If on the second day I had a hadache and felt weak, today was amazing: no headache, no weakness, had an amazing walk/communication challenge.

Food thoughts do not even appear in my mind. 120 hours. Was riding my sport bike for several hours, so didn't do 10k steps.

No thoughts about food. Only about greatness and success. People notice that I become leaner. Lost 4 kg in 5 days already.

144 hours into my fast: Yesterday, before sleep, I had a headache. This morning, I felt weak. I went to the sports area in the park and did bodyweight training for 30 minutes. I still felt weak all day until, in the evening, I decided to drink a cup of coffee and tea. The weakness went away in 15 minutes, and I felt great after that and went for a walk.

People told me I have yellow eyes. I researched and found that fasting raises bilirubin concentration in the blood, which can make the eyes and sometimes the skin appear yellowish. However, it is not a dangerous condition.

168 hours. Today I was feeling great. No headaches, only a mild weakness. Had a great workout in the gym.

As I was preparing for a big commercial shoot for tomorrow, I hadn't time for my daily walk.

While it takes more and more effort to do things, it is what it is. Saying it gets harder doesn't help.

Harder is a subjective and relative concept.

If I label it as 'hard', I'll start feeling sorry for myself. I'll think that I'm pushing too hard and, perhaps, I need to treat myself better. All this opposes my goals and is inneficient.

Instead, I am labeling things as I want them to be.

"I am doing great, I am strong and capable. There is nothing that can stop me. I always achieve what I want!"

This way, I create a reality that suits my goals and makes me unstoppable.

432 hours. Was busy doing business today. No gym, no walk. Overall, I'm feeling good.

500 hours. I was feeling good today. Clear mind, almost no weakness. Went to the gym and had good training. Later, I did blood tests. Bought food.

My 21-day fast is over.

My weight is 78 kg, so I lost 12 kg.

At this point, I could continue and would lose 5 more kg easily.

But the plan was 21, so I will do exactly that.

Now, what is the most interesting part is blood tests, as I've never done that before. I did a test before the fast, today after the gym, and will do it in a week. As others say, my testosterone should have decreased during the fast, but after a week of eating, it should go up 150-200% compared to before the fast. It is a huge increase, if true, we will see.

Eating.

Around 500 g beef, cheese, 3 eggs, butter. Couldn't eat it all. Ate only a half πŸ˜„ But it was pleasure πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ”₯❀️

Feel great, no negative effects, no stomach or any other discomfort. Just resting and enjoying life 🌞

Nope. Delusional! I eat and feel great, exactly how our ancestors did after they caught their pray. And I ate fatty meat! Fear me πŸ˜„

Weight loss.

As no food or calories entered my body for 21 days, the body tried to use whatever resources it had as efficiently as possible. So it used fat as energy and tried to preserve everything it thought would be necessary for survival, muscles, heart, lungs, and other organs.

I look significantly thinner than before, especially in areas where I had fat. After several years of eating, the small amount of muscles that were catabolizes will be restored, and also additional muscle fibers will be built, as the body remembers that I needed muscles to survive, I was lifting weights. Also, the muscles I have will be filled too. So I will look much bigger in a week or two. We will see.

There's lots of extra skin, which will take a long time to disappear.

I'll need more time to bring it to a better state. And this is exactly what I will do. Interesting times ahead.

So. After eating for 2 days my weight was 80 kg. Effectively, I lost 10 kg. Now, with each meal, I notice how my muscles become bigger and bigger. And the structure of the tissue looks much more athletic. Separate muscles become more defined. Veins appear everywhere πŸ˜²πŸ˜„πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯

Waiting rhe blood test results from after the fast, and will do one more blood test at day 7-10 of eating.

Ok. Time for the summary. All blood test results are received. 2 weeks of eating passed. I can draw conclusions.

First the visuals, 12 kg difference:

Yesterday. Adding mass. 84 kg. Muscles are growing rapidly, as testosterone is elevated. Fat, not as much. Also, the power is the highest I've ever had. I'm lifting the heaviest weights in my life now.

Blood tests.

Before the fast, I had my total testosterone at 16.6, and free at 13.

After 21 days without food, training and walking every day, total was 32, and free was 19.

2x and 1.5x boost. What happened after I started eating?

2 weeks of eating passed. I feel the best I've ever felt.

Testosterone dropped a little, but is much higher than before anyway.

What am I planning to do next?

Lifting heavy for 2 more weeks, then I will do 4-week fast and will record a video course on how to do it, and several video essays about health and fasting.

Interesting stuff is coming.
