It doesn't matter if I agree with you or not. If you have interesting and unique opinions, I want to follow you!

If you don't try something new, you'll stay right where you are.

When you enter the sheepfold, don't scream — you'll scare everyone. Smile and ask nicely instead...

If you don't know exactly what you want and do not focus intentionally on getting it, then randomness will guide your life.

What happens when you push yourself beyond your limits for too long? You burn out.

For the past several months, I intensified my efforts in every area of my life — business, training, learning, relationships, change. I was constantly worried that I wasn’t doing enough, that I was wasting my life by not being efficient enough. Then, at the peak of stress, when I was hit from all sides simultaneously, I got knocked down.

For two weeks, I was in a very strange state. My mind was foggy. I had no energy, no motivation, and no interest in anything. I was barely able to walk and couldn’t do any physical or mental tasks. I even thought I might be ill, or perhaps I was just getting old. So, I allowed myself to rest and listened to my body.

Yesterday, I woke up and realized that my mind was clear again. I did some movements, and my body felt normal, too. Today, I even did a light workout.

I realized something very important: no matter how strong my willpower is, if my body is not well, I can’t do anything.

I’ll continue my journey. I’ll push myself harder again. I’ll keep progressing and trying new things. This is my purpose.

Next up: 28 days of fasting and lots of video essays...

Do you have a dream? Do you walk toward it? Do you do whatever is necessary to make it happen?

Communication will be amongst the most valuable and beneficial skills you can learn.

There is no absolute right or wrong. And no one knows exactly what they are doing. Everyone is on their own level of progress and understanding, and they do whatever they think is right at the moment. Don't stress over it. Learn, think, analyze, and then do whatever you think is right, with good intentions, and the universe will sort out the rest.

The universe is organized beautifully. At every level of my life, I met people who taught me exactly the lessons I needed.

When we say something and people think it's stupid, it doesn't automatically make it stupid. We had a reason to say it, and we did. It served a purpose. It may seem stupid or not to different people at their varying levels of progress, but it was what we needed to express at our own level.

Whatever is natural feels good and positively influences our lives. And we know that it is good because we evolved doing that.

Some unnatural things may also feel good. But we can't know for sure what long-term consequences it may bring. If it is not natural, be careful...

It was a big scam and deception from the beginning. Some smart guys created this thing called money and then convinced us that we need to exchange our time and energy for it.

And now, we are participating in this Ponzi scheme, convincing and deceiving other people to give us their time and energy for it.

We are selling our lives in exchange for permission to live. It's a multi-level pyramid scheme, and we are all its participants.

When you do something, you get a reward. If this reward doesn't affect your future positively, it's a fake reward, and it will destroy you. Be careful! What are you chasing?

Are you dumb? No? Then stop doing dumb things, wasting your life, poisoning yourself, pleasureseeking, and just floating with the flow in the river of life...

A cool car, watch, outfit, villa, money, or anything else are great when they're a part of your personality, but not as separate tools. The core will always be masculinity, competence, and intelligence.

Everything can be a matter of perception. How sensitive are you? What is your worldview? Your perception may affect what you see and feel more than the reality...

Fairness impedes our progress. Instead of doing our best, which will lead to progress and success, we evaluate things. And if anything is not fair, which is the case more often than not, we start holding ourselves beck, and it leads to degradation.

Being yourself means being authentic and not trying to be someone else, and it's a good thing. But if you are a dork, just being yourself won't elevate you.

You can do it yourself, or you can convince other people to help you.

10 things I recommend to men in their 20s to be prepared and successful in their 30s:

1. Learn how the world works. Experiment a lot, read/listen to smart people, podcasts, and audiobooks.

2. Try many things and communicate frequently. As you’re young and the stakes aren’t as high, you can fail and try again with various interesting pursuits, gaining valuable experience and understanding.

3. Take your health very seriously. Only eat real food, sleep well, walk, run, and lift heavy weights. This will create a strong foundation for future success.

4. Avoid doing stupid things. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, medications, video games, and anything else that damages your body or wastes your life for temporary pleasure is for losers. You’re a winner!

5. Communicate with lots of women and have relationships, but don’t take them too seriously. Don’t commit or dedicate your life to a woman at this stage — it’s not the time to settle down.

6. While you’re young, choose the harder path. It’s usually more interesting and provides more valuable experience.

7. Don’t associate yourself with any groups, ideologies, movements, or beliefs that can limit your freedom or take away your individuality.

8. Don’t try to convince anyone of your worth or intelligence. Learn and progress for yourself. Be thankful and proud of yourself.

9. Remember: you’re a unique, intelligent, and worthy individual, capable of achieving anything you want in life. The journey will be exciting and interesting.

10. Always seek growth and be open to new experiences. Your future success depends on the foundation you build now.
