Finished a pretty hard workout while drinking this. Drank less water than usual while working out and still haven’t had to pee once since I started drinking it.

Set 1: 10 (diamond)
Set 2: 10 (diamond)
Set 3: 10 (knuckle)
Set 4: 20 (decline)
Set 5: 20
Set 6: 30 (incline)
About 1 min rest in between sets.
Doesn’t it taste terrible with just salt?
Will post my thoughts later. They already score some points for accepting bitcoin and being on nostr though.
