A couple old Chef's potatoes from May yielded about 75-100 potatoes today.

For a couple this will last a month or so. For a family, it will last only a couple weeks.

Next year, I might rotate in a both summer and Fall harvest for potatoes. We have hungry grown kids, so it won't be wasted.

The main tool is a pitch fork. Work your way from the outside in and lift up the dirt under the tubers. Be careful not to stab your potatoes.

Anyone familiar with Lavazza vacuum sealed espresso? I've been to their Cafe. The coffee his always been decent, but I've never had the canned stuff.

My son moved from "Live Free or Die." New Hampshire to the belly of the beast LA California.

He needed to downsize. This is one of the spoils from the move.
