For me Google Groups is the largest spammer I know off.

If someone add you to a google group (upload contact list) - you can't remove yourself from that group UNLESS you sign up for a Google Account (which then requires a UNIQUE mobile number to be validated)

So I have people continuously adding my info@ or press@ to google group accounts - sending me 20-50 spam mails per day.

There are NO "single button" unsubscribe from google group.
