Yes! It’s a fun story https://youtu.be/YOg-V4OBZc0
Always smash.
Or if you’re still on the fence, smash half, then half again, then half again and so on.
The U.K. once had a window tax, where property taxes were determined by the number of windows—something assessors could easily count outside.
To save buyers money, builders would rough in holes where windows could be placed but leave them filled. The tax policy incentivized domiciles to have fewer windows, leading to inescapable rooms during fires and poor airflow causing asphyxiation.
Dominic Frisby’s book “Daylight Robbery” describes this and other atrocities brought on by taxation. https://www.amazon.com/Daylight-Robbery-Title-Dominic-Frisby/dp/0241360838

Oh shit that is a terribly misleading icon. I never even clicked on that. I assumed that was just a “share”. It’s the universal symbol for “forward”
Literally the only UI/UX challenge I’ve ever had with Damus. Otherwise nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s is non-stop crushing
The main UI/UX challenge I have with Damus is maintaining scroll location when coming back to the home feed.
Sadly the technology to do so may never be discovered in our lifetimes.
Bro, you are too big for your little sister’s princess bed 🐶☀️☕️ #dogstr
Does the code run in a browser (like a webpage) or does it run on the server?
If it’s running in the browser, you’re probably launching a server of some kind and then accessing it via Chrome/Firefox etc.

Is this browser code, or Node.js (backend) code?
It looks like you’re using ESM modules. Is your package.json configured for this? IIRC, it requires “type”:”module” in there, but I could be mis-remembering.
