So many ideas, so little time. But one idea: write an app for tracking BTC and Lightning txns offline so that they can be reported to IRS without revealing your public keys and wallets to a centralized online service.

Why not now? Coz my main job sucks all the energy out of me. But hopefully I will be off of it in a few years and I can start my own project(s) afterwards.

And thanks for all the tips for how to set up the wallet. I’m still learning about lightning, so I’m going to explore for a while before I’ll settle on a solution.
