Follower of Jesus (Iēsous), seeking the true Father, loving Scripture, truth, and freedom, unafraid of the heretic label, exposing the adversary.

That is attempting to address Genesis in a non-supernatural view, most likely leading to the common misunderstanding "Sethite" view, which IMO is deeply flawed.

Elohim, while at time was used by the Hebrews as a 'name' for God, it is better described as a category of being. Elohim have 'titles' (i.e. roles) such as angel, watcher, the satan etc. These are all Elohim, part of the divine council.

A perfect example of this in the text:

"God [Elohim] has taken his place in the divine council;

in the midst of the gods [Elohim] he holds judgment"

- Psalm 82:1

"You are gods [Elohim],

sons of the Most High [Bene Elyon/Elohim], all of you;

nevertheless, like men you shall die,

and fall like any prince."

- Psalm 82:6-7

The context for this is after the Tower of Babel, the nations were divided up upon the number of the sons of God [Bene Elohim], and YHWHs portion was Jacobs - which latter turned into Israel after YHWH wrestled with him and broke his hip.

The problem here was that the divine beings, the sons of God allotted over the nations (70 of them) rebelled and were corrupted at some point, and Ps 82 is the judgment of these beings that they were to now die like men.

Going back to your post, YHWH is one of the Elohim, the question I raised, is YHWH the 'Elohim above all Elohim".

Deut 32 could suggest that YHWH isn't that.

Based off the original text, it says...

"The Lord [YHWH] our God, the Lord [YHWH] is one"

i.e. “Yahweh is our God; Yahweh is one.”

It doesn't address the original passage in question.

Is YHWH and El [yon] the same being?

"..[Elyon] gave to the nations their inheritance,

when he divided mankind,

he fixed the borders of the peoples

according to the number of [Bene Elohim].

But [YHWH's] portion is his people,

Jacob his allotted heritage."

- Deut 32:8-9

I don’t believe the UN has our best interests at heart.

I suppose it's just a coincidence that the United Nations has a base on the top of Mount Hermon?

It just so happens to be where the Gates of Hell is located, in addition to where the 200 Watchers descended to carry out their premeditated rebellion.

Would JESUS wrestle with you & give you a broken hip?

OR send you fiery serpents?

YHWH did both of these.

"Jacob’s hip was put out of joint as he wrestled with him" - Gen 32:25

"YHWH sent fiery serpents... they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died" - Num 21:6

These cosmic adversaries are not the demons of the Gospels. Their power is far greater.

Their goals are far more ambitious. They sought, and still seek, world control. They are cast as having geopolitical dominion.

- Dr Michael Heiser

Jesus conquered the powers of darkness and ended their rule over the nations! 🔥

Colossians 2:15: He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

Has anyone SEEN the Father?

Genesis tells us that YHWH appeared to Abraham - he SAW him (in addition to two others with YHWH). Yet, the Gospel of John says NO ONE has [ever] seen God.

"YHWH appeared to him [Abraham] by the oaks of Mamre, as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day."

- Gen 18:1

"No one has ever seen God"

- John 1:18

"not that anyone has seen the Father"

- John 6:46

John makes it clear it in that verse that only those who have seen JESUS has seen the Father (God).

"except he who is from God; he has seen the Father."

- John 6:46

Jesus himself makes this clear;

"Whoever has seen me has seen the Father"

- John 14:9

This begs the question; Who exactly appeared to Abraham?

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Another fascinating table talk from Israel Anderson around the contrasts between Jesus’s actions and YHWH’s. https://youtu.be/b722NHspueI?si=eSxX_Xz_BQQlmtK3

Jesus prepped to feed the masses before they were even hungry, while YHWH sent serpents to the Jews for begging for food & water.

Who is living up to Jesus’s own word the most about the Father?

Matthew 6:8 (ESV): your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Jesus is [forever] the Word.

Seek Him, and you will find Him.

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away." - Matt 24:35

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." - John 1:1

"seek, and you will find" - Matt 7:7

Christian, you are in an epic cosmic war. 🫡

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."

- Ephesians 6:12

Just grabbed Gary Wayne's latest that just released! Excited to continue on this journey through ancient history and the importance of understanding the Nephilim agenda.

The Genesis 6 Conspiracy Part II: How Understanding Prehistory and Giants Helps Define End-Time Prophecy

100% bro.

As a new believer, the best thing to do is read the Gospels and get to really know what Jesus did and said - suggest to start with John.

I always start by asking the Holy Spirit to help me understand and bring to light His word.

When you are ready to dig deeper, highly recommend you read Dr Michael Heisers book 'The Unseen Realm', or there is also a smaller version called 'The Supernatural' - I prefer the former as it goes into great detail. It will open your eyes the cosmic war we're all apart of that is seen from Genesis to Revelation.

Please do check out the link in the bio for recommended watching/reading to help dive deeper. None are affiliate links, I have them there purely for reference/recommendation purposes.

God bless!

Did you hear about the new Eden with God?

"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away" Revelation 21

For those who have the Divine Council world view understanding of scripture, I have a thought exercise for you.

First for context - key scripture/verse:

“When [El-yon] gave to the nations their inheritance,

when he divided mankind,

he fixed the borders of the peoples

according to the number of the sons of God [Bene Elohim].

But the Lord’s [YHWH] portion is his people, Jacob his allotted heritage.”

- Deut 32:8–9

Those sons of God rebelled, here is their judgement;

"God [Elohim] has taken his place in the divine council;

in the midst of the gods [Elohim] he holds judgment"

- Psalm 82:1

Then sentenced;

I said, “You are gods [Elohim],

sons of the Most High [El-yon], all of you;

nevertheless, like men you shall die,

and fall like any prince.”

- Psalm 82:6–7

It’s ‘common understanding’ that here YHWH and El-yon are the same being.

But what if they’re not?

Deut says El-yon divided mankind to the sons of God (70) and YHWH.

And all sons of God rebelled…. except YHWH..?

What if YHWH isn’t who we think (or are lead to believe) He is?

Jesus came to save mankind!

We see in Rev 5 a scroll that no one can open…

“Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?”

But Jesus is!

“the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David,

has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”

What if this scroll is the contract of humanity that only Jesus, through fulfilling YHWH’s laws allows him to reclaim mankind!

Before the final take down of the enemy (Satan), a 3rd temple is to be built and they will be seated in the temple declaring themselves God! (2 Thea 2:1-4)

Who demanded the 1st and 2nd temple?

Who told us that we’re now His temple?

Is there a pattern for who would be in the 3rd?

There is also to be a great final deception.

What greater deception than to have everyone worshipping the WRONG God!

There is so much more.

But I’d love to hear your thoughts!

The truth doesn't care about your man made traditions.

It stands the tests of time and space.

Seek Jesus and you will find Him.

"For everyone who asks receives,

and the one who seeks finds,

and to the one who knocks it will be opened"

- Matthew 7:8

The Most High God wasn't talking to himself in Genesis when Adam [mankind] was created, he was talking to his family (aka the Divine Council).

Is there scripture to back this up?

You bet there is.

“Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?

Tell me, if you have understanding.

Who determined its measurements—surely you know!

Or who stretched the line upon it?

On what were its bases sunk,

or who laid its cornerstone,

when the morning stars sang together

and all the sons of God [Bene Elohim] shouted for joy?

- Job 38:4-7

Are you saying that before the world was created (which included Adam), there were other beings?

Yes, yes there was.
