Are we actually shitty? Or have our cultures been infected by toxic religious perversions of morality for centuries, causing us to judge ourselves against unfair and manipulative standards

It’s not easy for others to be around elevated frequencies (truth, love, joy, peace). Love them unconditionally & embody compassion. It’s a lot to be near after a lifetime of gaslighting and dense frequencies.

Be a bridge and collab w nature to help them feel peace, joy, hope. Hike with them. Go into water with them. Watch the clouds with them. Be present with them. Nature is our greatest teacher.

We are waking up first for a reason. Be gentle & embody grace. Grateful to those who did this with me.
