The bitcoin rabbithole taught me to follow my curiosity more often and to question everything. Don't trust, verify.
However, one result of this is that now I am far less tolerant of bullshit at my day job. All I see is fluff now... Busy work for the sake of job security. Tiny trivial tasks getting inflated to bolster the appearance of value.
Digging hard with a shovel searching for the few fucks I have left to give...

I think at the moment, address reuse is the default when setting this up via on-chain withdrawals, correct?
Feature request: Ability to have it pull a new onchain address everytime from a list of addresses I am allowed to upload as either a CSV or textfile (one address per line).

But KYC is still the enemy. No one can keep your data safe. Knowing who you are, where you live, and how much bitcoin you may or may not have might be valuable information to some. Centralize enough of that data into one place and it makes it more attractive for hackers to invest their time and effort on that target.
Data breaches are only going up.

if that does not apply to u, then UTXO ownership identification and traceability would be difficult for an adversary through what you described.
