I want to buy this shirt for my hubstr for Christmas! ✌️

Y'all, this may not look like much to you, but it is my slice of paradise. The water is deep enough to swim in and it is spring fed so it's crystal clear and icy cold. It is perfect on these 100+degrees days. It took us 5 years to figure out how to get here. And now I am so grateful that I get to live here!

Thank you for talking about other things that are in your life! I am a Bitcoin wife so I hear about Bitcoin all day everyday. I am on nostr because my husband found it. I stopped posting on facebook when they went censorship-crazy and I really missed sharing my life with people. Hubstr said there was free speech on here, so that is how I got here. I just wish my friends would move on over here so I could have my regular social circle back. It has been interesting/cool/outside of my comfort zone to meet random strangers from all over the world. I enjoy your posts. πŸ’š

I tried using crimson clover as a cover crop for the first time this year in some of my raised beds that were also new this year. I planted the seeds before my baby plants. I didn't rip it all out when I put the plants in and then it quickly outgrew my vegetables. I had to trim around them a lot and accidentally cut off a couple of baby vegetable plants. If you are starting with bigger vegetable plants it might work better. But it does get really big and fluffy. Or if you have time to have the cover crop grow and then turn it all under before you plant that might be better too. We had a really cool spring, so mine took a long time to get started. I also tried hairy vetch and I preferred that because it was easier for me to differentiate the baby vegetables because the leaves are so different and it is easier to pull out of the ground.

First ripe tomatoes of the year! These are super sweet and delicious and always have an abundant harvest. Heirloom variety - Coyote. Zone 6a.

St. Germain made with elderflower cordial that we foraged earlier this summer. Cheers!
