If I can survive the next 14 days things might settle down a bit. The Tues/Thurs nutrition program will be over and I’ll only have Wednesdays and Sundays to deal with.

Our lunch and learn today focused on microgreens but we also got info on strawberries and blackberries.

Next week container gardens for the late summer and fall.

Dad didn’t go to church today so Mr. Holstein and I are at Bob Evans for after church breakfast. Still fighting that headache but may take a nap when we get home. Hmm #napstr ? LOL

Well, he's tired, but not bad. His cardiologist said it wasn't his heart, it's his lungs and mentioned COPD - which Dad probably has but hasn't officially been tagged with. But he does have a UTI, so antibiotics for that. UTIs can wreak havok on senior citizens. They can come on with little warning and infection spread quickly before you know it.

So, now begins the cycle of follow-up appointment scheduling and calendar shuffling.
