Food pantry day!
Took the grand nephew to the pantry day. He earned some volunteer credits (don’t ask). Gave boxes to over 120 families. Some got two boxes if there was a low income senior citizen in the household. Each family also got 1 turkey.

I have a long list of things to do today. We have family coming tomorrow, and i need to get some meat out of the freezer for creamy taco soup. The kids all love it, even the picky ones. Well, today I closed the Diamond UMC church bank account, and deactivated the church FB page. Tomorrow I take the keys to the District Superintendent and I will end that chapter of my life.
I've been attending a new church. I'm enjoying it, but still adjusting to the difference in style. I was asked to solo yesterday when one of their praise team members stayed home sick.
So, I kinda want to see the "The Saints" series on Fox Nation, but I'm not interested in another streaming service. (sigh). Taking that step, subscribing to Fox Nation, feels a little cultish.
In the winter he wore cotton thermals. Actually he still does. LOL
I've never welded, or worked an outside job in the winter. I have however learned to hate acrylic anything.
My father would tell you nothing but cotton. He welded all his adult life.
