How to update your nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll SSD courtesy of nostr:npub1vwf2mytkyk22x2gcmr9d7ktprakh6llwpzxqlke8rlv5j0qyx2esf2lxtw. I had to do this recently and it's surprisingly straight forward.
FUTURE PROOF YOUR NODE TODAY.
I was even wondering if I should make this video cuz it’s so easy 😅
Gm some good progress this week. We are getting closer and closer for the next release on AxeOS

What’s going on ?
Gm first batch of #NerdNOS received, testing and shipping.
Soon you can get them 🚀☺️
Basically having two different life’s is interesting. Working in software development as my main job and while I have a free second working on osmu. It’s stressful but it’s worth it. We have so many great minds working on #btc and I will do my part 😘
Hey nostr:nprofile1qqsx8y4dj9mzt99r9yvd3jklt9s37mta0lhq3rq0mvn3lk2f8szr9vcprfmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68yurvv438xtnrdakszxthwden5te0wfjkccte9ehx7um5wf3ksetrdvhx6egpz4mhxue69uhks6tnwshxummnw3ezumrpdejqu63czl or other #bitaxe freaks,
a friend just asked me if the rumour was true that block propagation might be too slow if you ran your own public pool instance on your Bitcoin Node connected to a #bitaxe .
He said chances that you actually receive the block subsidy would be very small despite having found a valid block... 🤔
Can you confirm?
#asknostr
It depends on how you run your node.
Gm Saturday
working with amazing tools from nostr:nprofile1qyt8wumn8ghj7etyv4hzumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qydhwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytf39ehxymewv9hxwctwdyhxxmcpr4mhxue69uhkummnw3ez6ur4vgh8wetvd3hhyer9wghxuet5qy08wumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttsw43zuam9d3kx7unyv4ezumn9wshszynhwden5te0wp6hyurvv4cxzeewv4esz9rhwden5te0wfjkccte9ejxzmt4wvhxjmcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9nhwden5te0wfjkccte9ehx7um5wghxyctwvsq3wamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwdehhxarj9e3xzmny9uq3vamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwwpexjmtpdshxuet5qyvhwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnndehhyapwwdhkx6tpdshsqgzx2l0739jmazvq4yc8908mtev6v5fygpkmp7qey90w0zay0y6t8ccesg0j feels like I'm learning more and more every day while coding with it.
Currently I'm working on a way to exit the fiat subscription of Discord.
You might know that we at OSMU do have our own Discord Server which acts as our main platform for sharing our knowledge despite having osmu.wiki and osmu.xyz and all our GitHub repos.
One issue that I discovered is that we tend to stick too much to fiat. Me as being one of the leading roles of OSMU decided to stop this fuckerino of having subscriptions (or you can call them donations) on Discord.
BUT of course this is a valuable donation and income for ongoing development on mining hardware, so we need something to replace.
Luckily I knew that nostr:nprofile1qyt8wumn8ghj7etyv4hzumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qydhwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytf39ehxymewv9hxwctwdyhxxmcpr4mhxue69uhkummnw3ez6ur4vgh8wetvd3hhyer9wghxuet5qy08wumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttsw43zuam9d3kx7unyv4ezumn9wshszynhwden5te0wp6hyurvv4cxzeewv4esz9rhwden5te0wfjkccte9ejxzmt4wvhxjmcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9nhwden5te0wfjkccte9ehx7um5wghxyctwvsq3wamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwdehhxarj9e3xzmny9uq3vamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwwpexjmtpdshxuet5qyvhwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnndehhyapwwdhkx6tpdshsqgzx2l0739jmazvq4yc8908mtev6v5fygpkmp7qey90w0zay0y6t8ccesg0j does have created BitcoinWalletConnect, which is on it's own an awesome feature to use NWC, the issue is it does not come natively with a recurring plan function, or at least not straight up ;-)
Luckily Alby was also working on ZapPlanner (https://zapplanner.albylabs.com/) and know I'm feeling thrown back again to the roots. But I learned a ton using nwc and the BitcoinConnect feature.
Until I'm done with a new truely decentralized bitcoin way of subscribing to OSMU there is nothing for you to do than waiting ;-)
PS: If any of you is knowledgeable in Alby's tools and want to help on developing feel free to reach out :-*
