Example - strategy to increase testosterone

3. Build digital product like PDF with action steps or video series

The miner fees will be just bigger and this is healthier too for the system. There are no properly working alternatives and till then everyone will mostly use the first layer. Sadly the LN bugs and security flaws are super annoying, so not a mainstream self-custody solution yet.
