Since blocks are (mostly) full, Bitcoin's network value should be proportional to transaction fees, and not only to transaction volume (as the NVT assumes).

Where are the crypto books?
#Crypto stands for cryptographically-secured digital asset. Besides, #Bitcoin clearly falls into this definition. So why are Bitcoin maxi against using the term "crypto" under any circumstances? Are people thinking crypto means altcoin now? 🤔 Genuine question
