因为许多客户端目前不支持NIP-42，所以身份验证目前是可选的。无论是否通过身份验证，都不会影响正常使用。如果客户端不支持身份验证，可以通过添加user参数来使用（一些功能稍后需要）。

有这个之后，中继就能做一些个性化的服务了，比如推荐算法之类的。

只能在一定程度上解决，防止不了别人把你的元数据广播出去，比完全公开的要好一些。
