Can someone explain to me the benefits of cashu? I really don’t get the point of it. Why not just use lightning? What are the use cases for cashu?

I use 12 words mostly. I thought 24 words would be safer and have cold storage with 24 but even Adam Back said it is enough. I don't really know the math behind it but I've read about how many different combinations there are.. seems legit.

I have changed my default zap amount to 1 sat, and with wallet connect and one click zaps, feels better than a like button.

12 vs 24 word seed phrase? What do you guys recommend? I have mine setup with 24 words, but just curious as to why I wouldn’t want the 24 and just go with the 12.
