Everything is not “BREAKING FUCKING NEWS” That used to be reserved for outlets actually being the first to bring a significant story to the public’s attention.
Now it’s used endlessly for reposts and misdirects. To those who post this way keep it up… makes it easier to figure out who to unfollow. Farm engagement in a more honest way, or I’ll cheer as you fade into insignificance.
I just don’t enjoy the *BREAKING NEWS* and constant over dramatization of every piece of “news” constantly crying wolf and exaggerating an event’s significance not only leads me to unfollowing folks but it’s fucking annoying.
