Are nostr.build profile pictures not working right now or is it just me?
Twitter censorship has become worse in some regards since Elon took over, I've seen lots of small to medium sized YouTubers get censored lately and they say it's worse than it's been before. I do believe Elon (to a reasonable degree) when he says he wants free speech but he does not seem to have things at Twitter under control. He is probably trying to do too many things at the same time. I think decentralized systems are really the only way out of this mess, nobody should have even the ability to censor someone else's speech. I don't like it when people are rude to each other, I'm a very polite person myself, but censorship is pure evil and I have yet to see a justification for it that actually makes sense when you think it through.

Bought this nice Logitech K400 Plus keyboard for my Steam Deck a while ago (itās a super old model but the only one with a touchpad next to the keyboard and I wanted that) and it suddenly stopped working, battery leaked out.
Asked ChatGPT how to fix it, told me to use some isopropyl alcohol on it, so I bought a bottle on Amazon. And it worked. I feel like some kind of DIY/maker/tech wizard now. I basically have the power to resurrect the dead.
The last Eragon book. I had to know how the story ends. Until I read that book, then I wanted to forget how it ended. Actually that reminds me of the last Harry Potter book. Such a great series of books, until that last book, which basically took everything that happened until that point and then shot it in the face point blank. Artemis Fowl as well. Hmmā¦ I am beginning to see a pattern here.
All final books in a series are terrible and should be avoided at all costs! Might just be Young Adult novels, canāt actually think of any other where I really hated the last book. Or maybe Iām just not as deeply invested anymore compared to when I was younger so I just shrug it off now and put the book away to read/do something else.

Iāve been using the Arc browser for two months now and Iāve come to really like it. It was hard to move away from bookmarks at first but there are so many little nice things in Arc that make it really pleasant to use. I didnāt even plan to move away from Brave which I also really liked, but I have not gone back yet (only on mobile since there is only an iOS version right now, no Android). They have this feature where it asks you to make Arc your default browser for a week. Without that I would never have given it a chance for more than a few hours, really great idea.

I would seriously consider porting all my Flutter apps from Dart to ClojuieDart when Intellisense starts working for it in Visual Studio Code. I miss the parentheses.
IIRC they started out using Ruby on Rails and then had scaling issues so they moved on to Scala which just became popular at the time.
So far every single game I tried on #PSVR2 has been an absolute banger, might just be the novelty of VR as Iāve never tried it before, but Iām at the point where I have a hard time going back to 2D games because VR is just so good.
Played Walking Dead Saints and Sinners on #PSVR2 today and itās a lot different than I expected. I thought itās a silly action/horror shooter but itās actually a survival game where you do quests and collect resources. Itās really good so far. Couldnāt play long though, my shoulder still hurts from going a bit overboard with Pistol Whip.
Just noticed this in the macOS changes for Ventura 13.3, sounds like an awesome new feature for people with epilepsy. Makes so much sense to have this in the OS. Do other operating systems have that nowadays as well? Never heard of it before, but I donāt know anyone with epilepsy so I might have just missed it.
Bought a $10 vape (refillable, not a throwaway) and itās actually good. I canāt believe how cheap they can make these things now and still make a profit somehow.
Been using bone conduction headphones for half a year now because my ears really donāt like earplugs anymore. Only downside compared to earplugs is the titanium band at the back, makes lying or leaning back against a headrest a bit uncomfortable. Sound is good enough to me, but Iām not an audiophile and I mostly listen to podcasts with it. Can recommend for anyone who has issues with earplugs, the technology has come a long way.
