What exactly do you think his approach is? From what I've seen, he acknowledges that vaccines can be valuable, but it's highly critical of the way that they've been tested since the mid 80s, and cites studies to support his concerns. I'm not sure how that is disagreeing with science.

Have you seen something from him that is anti-science, or just questioning The Science? Genuine question, because I'm probably gong to vote for him, and I'm also not interested in voting for someone who is anti-science.

Yes. Liberalia is the name of the holiday, but it also means "of the free". Philosophia Libralia is the philosophy of the free. When is was imported into English, the Latin ending of 'ia' was dropped, resulting in 'liberal philosophy' and eventually just liberalism.

Also, liberal arts comes from Ars Libralia. Ars is usually translated as art, but I think that is a bit archaic. The meaning is closer to practice, like the practice of medicine. The liberal arts are supposed to be the practices of free people.

Not yet, but it's on my list. The old one was awesome.

Before the introduction of the Julian Calendar, March 1st was the Roman New Year. It was also the beginning of the military season, when farmers who had finished planting would begin arriving in Rome to enlist for the season. #Rome #History #grownostr

1721 years ago today, Diocletian began his attempted genocide of the Christians. 1633 years ago today Theodosius began his far more successful genocide of the Pagans on the 88th anniversary of Diocletian's decree.

I think it is a coincidence, but it is interesting that back then, a group that was the victim of genocide launched a genocide about 80 years later, and today a group that was the victim of genocide is alleged to be engaging in genocide about 80 years later.

Perfectly understandable human reaction, but still an abandonment of libertarian values. If libertarians want to be conservative in there personal lives, that's fine, but if they try to force that on others, they are not enacting libertarian values in that instance. The whole point is that so long as they don't violate other people's rights, people should be able to live as they see fit, and should accept the natural consequences of their life choices, whatever they may be. If you want to live a traditional lifestyle, cool, good luck with that. If you want to live an experimental lifestyle, cool, good luck with that.
