This was only possible thanks to extensive work on improving communication reliability and reducing resource consumption, enabling the coordination of such a massive transaction.
84 outputs are below 65k sats. There are better ways to increase anonset in a transaction without increasing number of inputs/outputs, belonging to small number of users and some of them being dust.
This method of mixing will become obsolete with joinpools after covenants.

I want to organize an online event focused on bitcoin privacy. Since it will be online there is no cost for flights, hotel etc. We could do presentations, workshops, discussions etc. and even anons can participate.

Are you on primal or amethyst? You have way too many inbox/outbox relays. If you are on Primal go to https://metadata.nostr.com/ log in, click relays and pick 3 that you are SURE to have all of your posts and mark them as WRITE. Then pick 3 (it can be the same) that ANYONE can write into (no paid relays) and select READ.
I use multiple clients but mostly nostrudel, primal and amethyst.
