I wouldn't use citrine for Search. I would just use the default items there.
If you want DM notifications directly on amethyst, add nos.lol to your Private Inbox. This makes your DMs visible to others.
I'm confused. Why would I want my private DMs visible to others? Isn't the whole point to have relays that allow anyone to write, but require user authentication to read?
Only if you want DM notifications. Your DMs are now so private that even our Push Notification server cannot see them. So, if you want them, you need an opening, but everyone else will also see your events.
I disabled Amethyst's notifications because I'm using Pokey which is hooked to my private inbox relays. I haven't had any DMs since I setup Pokey, but I'm assuming that it will be able to deliver DM notifications. Could you send me a DM to test that?
I don't know if Pokey is already AUTHing with your Amber key. That will be required to see your DMs.

Remove purple pages and filter.nostr.wine from the Search relays. Click the Default button to add the other two relays with search available. This improves @ tagging

Inbox, Outbox and Search are wrong. Make sure there are no spaces in these addresses (yours have lots of spaces)

Way too many inbox/outbox. Just pick the 3 that you are absolutely sure keep your posts for OUTBOX and free ones like nos.lol, nostr.mom to receive your Public INBOX.
You also don't have Search relays setup. Which means @ tagging on Amethyst will not work well. Click the Default button to add our recommendations.

I use multiple clients but mostly nostrudel, primal and amethyst.
Ok, if you go to Amethyst, you will see 7-8 relays in inbox and Outbox. That's too much.
Select 3 from Outbox trust to keep your posts. This could include paid relays. nostr.wine (if you are paying) is great here.
Select 3 from Inbox that are open to anyone to post. nos.lol and nostr.mom are great here.
For Private Inbox/DM relays add:

They can be the same. But Outbox can be paid, inbox must be free (otherwise you don't get notifications).

I would keep 3 other relays in Inbox and Outbox and delete the rest. Just pick the most important to you.

Okay, if inbox relays should be free, how do I keep a copy of my DMs if the relays I run I charge a fee to use so I don't get spammed? This rule means if I add my relays to my DMs, then I don't get notifications?
Public and Private Inboxes are different but both should offer a way for anyone else that is sending you a DM or a reply to post in there. So, if the relay you are using requires payment to post, you will never see any DMs or replies.
PUBLIC INBOX: You will receive a copy from clients that operate in the Outbox model. Primal, Damus and, to some extent, Amethyst do not send it yet. But they will soon. Coracle, for instance, will sends it there.
PRIVATE INBOX: Amethyst, 0xchat and Coracle do send to your Private Inbox relays.
inbox.nostr.wine allows you to pay to receive DMs from everyone else. So, having to pay here is not an issue because you are paying for the others.
Each relay is different.
