I used #Grok to scan social media + forums for SRM (solar radiation management) operations, colloquially referred to as cloud seeding/chemtrails/sun dimming/etc, and the most of the reports occur in high population areas in the sun belt.
I then checked for reports across high population centers far north of the sun belt from areas that are known to be highly conspiratorial (Q et all) and found that reports were still low to none.
Hypothesis : private contractors have massive secret deals with the Gov to R&D solar radiation management at scale within the sun belt in order to prove out the model and reduce surface temperatures to "fight climate change".
Besides destroying the beauty of these areas, SRM disrupts circadian rhythm and pollutes everything, including people and outdoor food supply, with dangerously toxic heavy metals like aluminum and barium.
My total tox report (urine toxin test) confirms high aluminium, barium, and also strontium.
Very tragic for the sun belt populations.

The duchess and daughters did much of the intricate work themselves, turning it into a family project that's one of England's earliest and best-preserved shell houses.
