I have seriously consumed an insane amount of sugar in the last couple years. Like 400g+/day. My labs are so good. It was all a lie. All of it. Sugar is pure energy.

I started eating organic oatmeal with grass fed ghee and honey in the morning and the energy I get from that has been good.
