Bitcoin & BJJ

Merry Christmas 🎄

I received my brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu yesterday after 8 years of training. 🥋

The beginning of this year I made the leap to Bitcoin only and eliminated fiat from my life with Fold. I breathe easier now that I don't have to worry about how much Bitcoin to buy and when.

Look up Terro ant killer. Very effective. Sorry ants...I like ants just not in my house.

Yeah because we all know selling humility is a great way to get rich quick

The boomers took all the good things and ruined it for the rest of us. That's what happened in 1971.

Im imagining a device that combines seedsigner and Bitchat.

Any vendors on NOSTR that sell high quality bone broth and accept Bitcoin?

The Oshi Ground Beef Hodl Bowl.

https://v.nostr.build/xCa2roFBkAUKdzP5.mp4

A simple, nutritious dish for 1-2 people, this recipe transforms ground beef into a flavorful, non-taco meal. Customize it by swapping bone broth or honey, or make it your own. The key? Chunky beef, crispy buttery bits, and chopsticks for the ultimate eating experience - keeping the food's natural texture and taste intact. Use a griddle pan with cavities to capture those delicious drippings for garnish.

Ingredients

* 1 lb ground beef (preferably pasture-raised, organic)

* 1 cup bone broth (optional, can substitute with stock or water)

* 2 tbsp grass-fed butter

* 1 tbsp sea salt (up to your taste)

* 1–2 tsp honey (preferably local)

* 1 tbsp Oshi Hodl Butter (optional, for extra flavor)

Equipment

* Griddle pan with cavities (for crispy drippings)

* Chopsticks (highly recommended for eating)

Instructions

1. Place ground beef in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sea salt, and mix well.

2. Form into two patties (or adjust for desired portions).

3. Heat a griddle pan over medium heat until hot.

4. In a separate pot, warm bone broth over low-medium heat.

5. Add patties to the hot pan, flattening to your preferred thickness.

6. Cook 5–10 minutes until the bottom blackens and crisps.

7. Add 1 tbsp butter on top of each patty, then flip to avoid burning the butter.

8. Slice patties into strips, then small chunks, letting butter soak in.

9. Scrape crispy buttery bits from the pan and mix with beef.

10. Increase bone broth heat to warm (not boiling).

11. Transfer beef to a bowl, drizzle with honey to melt over the chunks.

12. Pour warm bone broth over the beef.

13. Top with a generous dollop of Oshi Hodl Butter.

14. Serve immediately. Enjoy with chopsticks, sipping the broth as you go for a sweet-savory mix!

Tips

* Chopsticks enhance the experience by preserving the beef's texture - avoid forks to maintain flavor integrity.

* The griddle's cavities catch drippings for a garnish of crispy, buttery goodness. Check out the video for what I mean.

* Customize with your favorite broth or sweetener for a personal twist.

What are the ingredients in the Hodl Butter?

Reminds me of the book Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. It teaches not to blame other people for feelings happening inside you. When you move away from blame and take full responsibility for your needs and feelings the other person can be more receptive to whats going on and makes negotiations easier.

The RAIN protocol by Tara Brach is pretty helpful too. Instead of fighting against reactivity:

Recognize

Allow

Investigate

Nurture

Watching Ron Paul in the presidential debates in my high school social studies class. Everyone was so excited about Obama at the time but I was oddly compelled by the old guy Ron Paul who spoke so differently about things. Read his book, found out about Mises.org. All downhill from there.
