Same reason the population is magnesium deficient.
Soils have been depleted due to high time horizon industrial farming techniques, and our water mostly comes from treated sources which removes essential trace minerals.
We are vastly disconnected from our natural way of living.
if you’re drinking rain water would you expect it still contains these some amount ?
I don't think so, no. Spring water should, tho.
unrelated, but do you know anything about castor oil, laser? Mrs seems to believe the idea its medicinal etc.. it is a seed oil tho. Curious to better understand if it has any benefits or not
I love castor oil.
I use it medicinally, not nutritionally.

Nice. We found a local place to collect spring water. Good to know it has lithium in it.

Respectfully, you should not be drinking rain water directly.
Probably should filter it if you're storing it.
we run ours thru multi-stage filtration 🫂
What types of filtration? I’ve learned a decent amount about reverse osmosis filtration, but I have to re-mineralize afterward. Are there sufficient filtration methods for rain water that take out the bad stuff and keep the good?
we just have a 3 stage filter. Removed dirt/sediement etc and runs thru a uv light designed to kill any remaining bacteria. No remineralization tho. Havent tested it either, but 8years and has been great 👍
