-THE BORACAY ISLAND LIFE-

Famous for his 1981 hit single "Super Freak," Rick James lived an even wilder lifestyle than his music implied.
From dabbling in a life of crime as a pimp and burglar to indulging in drug binges and sex parties, it seemed like the King of Punk-Funk was willing to try just about anything once. But after his beloved mother died of cancer in 1991, his life spiraled further out of control than ever before.
As James recalled, "There was nothing to keep me from descending into the lowest level of Hell. That meant orgies. That meant sadomasochism. That even meant bestiality. I was the Roman emperor Caligula. I was the Marquis de Sade."
