If I broadcast your note, it makes it viewable on the relays I’m connected to. It doesn’t repost the note, but just makes it viewable.

It’s good if a bunch of relays band together to ban a specific user. We can broadcast their note and they can’t stop it. In most situations, you won’t need to use it.
