Thought I’d give it another try with my Super fund post ETF approval. Literally just got laughed off the phone be them.

“Never” was the repeated word. Guess SMSF is the only option. Makes me sad for all the other people that really need a 1% allocation for the next 50 years.

You making any head way? Any super funds that do offer exposure to the ETF?

Potential turning point….

Crazy view - now the ETFs are trading, and the MSTR premium has collapsed…… I fully expect nostr:npub15dqlghlewk84wz3pkqqvzl2w2w36f97g89ljds8x6c094nlu02vqjllm5m to sell some Bitcoin and buyback his own stock if:

- The buyback must be net accretive on a BTC per share basis.

- nostr:npub15dqlghlewk84wz3pkqqvzl2w2w36f97g89ljds8x6c094nlu02vqjllm5m has always acted in the best interest of shareholders

- If he can acquire additional BTC by issuing stock, why would he not buy it back if, and only if it was BTC net accretive to the MSTR balance sheet?

Great episode - I’ve been pricing realestate in btc terms for many years, started at 6,000 down to about 22 now. The maintinace cost of carry is a serious % in real estate, one which the lenders (banks) deliberately do not highlight.

The reduction in monetary premium will be a win for all the people that would like to buy and own their own home. This should be a good thing for society as a whole.
