I post about this and I think yall think I’m joking but I genuinely am so tired of preparing and eating meals. Appetite seems suppressed. Usually that’s a sign of depression or burnout but I feel pretty ok. So hard to maintain my caloric needs. At the point I almost have to start exercising less because I cannot eat enough to keep up.

You're not joking at all. I remember back when I was dating this one dude, I would prepare our breakfast and lunches for the week every Sunday he was a vegetarian. Then when I got home I would cook dinner every night. After you eat those meals you have to wash the Tupperware and do the dishes meal prep man it's a thing I feel you you're not tripping. Why do you think some people eat out or do doordash? It's easier. You just get your food delivered to you, eat it and throw away the trash no dishes no cooking no cleanup but it's not good for you
