Pro tip: your nsec is your private key, like a password. Keep is safelys stored somewhere and don't plug that into other Nostr apps. Use a signing app to sign in to other apps like Wavlake. If you are using Android you can check out the Amber signing app. Otherwiae there is Nostr Connect and Nsec Bunker. You can use the asknostr hash tag if you need further assistance.
