I know that the space favors low fat to drop bodyweight, but I believe that actually is damaging to the liver/gallbladder.

Better to prioritize (A) moderate *saturated* fat intake, (B) stearic acid (butter, tallow, cocoa butter), and (C) coconut oil.

Play the long game.

TUDCA + oxbile + milk thistle + choline + betaine hcl + enzymes + desiccated liver, gallbladder can help coax the system back to life.

Animal foods, sat fats, fruits and other natural honeys, good circadian hygeine, low stress, plenty of minerals.

You need to take a systemic approach.

I'm all for good, healthy fats.

Thanks, Laser. I'll pass this info along.

fasting➡️insulin up➡️any simple carb becomes fat

proteins require more energy to metabolize than simole carbs

fat loss by better hormone homeostasis through exercise, and decreased carb intake

cortisol reduction a must
