Tried to mix below and take every morning two tbsp apart from drinking hot lemon tea helps me free from hard cough.

Ingredients:

1 bulb garlic 🧄

2 lemon 🍋

5 tbsp honey 🍯

10 tbsp olive 🫒 oil.

Mix and store for a week to 10 days. It gives you an amazing taste. Health @ #drinkstr
