Fish Coriander #plebstr @ #foodstr

2 kg of fish (any fish of your choice)

500 grams of Coriander(thinly chopped)

2 pcs medium onion

1 whole bulb of garlic

5 tbsp of olive oil

3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1/5 a teaspoon salt

Mix them altogether and wrap with aluminum foil. Pre-heat the oven for 15 minutes. Tune-in the oven to 350 degrees F. Leave for 1.5 hrs. Then ready to eat.
