Baked Ham in Bed of Potatoes

2.5 grams of ham

500 grams of baby potatoes

400 grams of pineapple cubes

100 grams of baby carrots

250 grams butter

2 pcs of sliced onions

100 grams of ginger

1 bulb of garlic (crushed)

1/2 tsp of black pepper

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp of olive oil

Little parsley

Olives for siders

Procedure:

1) pre-heat the oven to 350 deg.

2) stir fry ginger until soften

3) add garlic until golden

4) add onion, pineapple cubes, potatoes, carrots, oyster sauce, black pepper, apple cider vinegar & fish sauce. Mix, cover the pan and close the fire.

5) In a baking tray put the 250 kg of ham. Cover with foil and bake for an hour. Then add the rest of the ingredients equally spread.

6) spread 2 tbsp of olive oil

7) bake for 30 minutes

8) remove from oven

9) garnish with fresh onion and parsley. Then serve with olives sider #foodstr @ #nostr
