This is a group I started about a year ago with just my wife and my best friend that’s slowly taken a life of its own. We meet every Sunday at 8 am and we all roll, kids included. It’s great fun and we all get some exercise and the kids love it running around the gym and for those who started training rolling amongst themselves but rolling adults too.

Good question! Luckily for females it’s only a few weeks every cca9 months, for males it in theory can be more persistent due to different females in the area going into heat which then drives them “crazy”. The answer is the same though: increase exercise (both mental and physical) by 20%, decrease callout intake by 20%. Of course this is just an oversimplification and a “golden rule”, but simply put, you should try engaging the dog in a lot of activity as to burn off the suppressed energy which then comes out -as you put it- as horniness. The power calorie intake will down regulate hormones and helps drastically also in pseudo pregnancies in females post heat (also a natural process) .

In Cyprus we have over a million and a half stray cats. With none to live them and to take care of them. Helping stray cats can be difficult at times but Thanks to local volunteers we got this kitty to #ivetanimalclinic for a check up and spay before she is re-homed. She was found to have Eosinophilic granulomatous dermatitis. She will undergo treatment , stay in foster care until she is fit to be spayed and vaccinated and then eventually rehomed. One more win for the stray cat population in Cyprus . #savinganimlas
