With the NIP65 / Outbox model, where would users push their read / write relays? Is the idea that there will be a "main" set of relays that will be used for this info?

I got a TCL. Dead cheap, pretty good. Just don't connect it to the internet and you're golden.

If I were to start again, I'd take lessons to start with. Depends on how motiviates you are to learn alone but it's hard to keep going when progress feels slow.
