I've been pretty disappointed by the lack of Nostr content focused on moving liquids from one container to another, so let's talk about "jiggle siphons". The name says it all, a jiggle siphon (aka safety siphon) is a magnificently simple invention that lets you get a siphon started by just jiggling it up and down a few times in the container you're trying to extract liquid from.

It's a simple check valve (a glass marble inside the valve does all the work), so as it moves up and down in the container, it forces a little liquid into the tube each time, until there's enough to get a siphon flowing. If you've ever sucked gas or aquarium water into your mouth trying to start a siphon that way, you'll understand the value of this.
I've got a couple of copper ones I use for gas and diesel (it's much easier to get fuel out of a full gas can using this siphon than to try to dump it out with the crappy nozzle on the can), but if you just need one for water, you can 3D print one out of plastic and steal a marble from a little kid.

Here are the CAD files I used to make mine. You can use OpenSCAD to customize it to fit whatever size tubing and marble you have.

My trust in you is broken
I tried to watch it very soon after finishing GoT, I found it very hard to enjoy. Obviously I'm a tv snob.
they might not be able to censor all the relays but they can definitely censor rtmp servers.
maybe there should be noob friendly apps and non noob friendly apps.
I don't want a wallet in every nostr app.
Would it need "intelligent" relay connection management? I can't imagine having 100 open websocket connections on a mobile browser would be great for performance.
Can nostr clients handle connections to many many relays if people are exclusively using their own personal relays with outbox?
The bandwidth needed for sending signed nostr events over lora make it impractical for this sort of thing. Would be good over wifi and cellular data though. Having a look at making something on one of these has been on my to-do list for a while. Need more hours in the day.
We added roll bars to our Fergies because people rolled them and died.
