I remember reading a suggestion from nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a a few years ago re taking magnesium supplements for increased energy levels. I’ve been experimenting with taking 200-400mg before bed and omg do I feel refreshed when I wake up! 400 seems ideal for me so far. Does anyone else have experience with taking magnesium? Is there any good research explaining why I feel so much better? Are there any potential downsides?

I tried using Robosats for the first time over the weekend and found no sellers for my buy order. I was hoping to use the Telegram alert feature after submitting the order via Tor for desktop. nostr:npub1rxysxnjkhrmqd3ey73dp9n5y5yvyzcs64acc9g0k2epcpwwyya4spvhnp8 video guide showed that was an option. An update appears to have removed that feature. Any tips for a workflow that does not involve attentiveness for hours straight at the same machine running Tor? (I tried the Telegram-only bot too but my order has been idle for 4 days)
I have never tried the TG alert.
Couple things, not sure what premium you set, but usually 3% works on a higher buy order and 4-5% works on lower amounts.
Also you can set the length of time you want the order to be up, (up to 24hrs), so I usually set it for 4-6 hrs at a time. Can always reset if you are around longer.
Helps to change your computer sleep settings to Never, and put volume all the way up, because then you won’t miss the bell when an order is taken. The bell is pretty loud.
In case you are in and out the house (and might miss the bell)
it helps to set a timer on your phone every hour to check the order status.
