I meditate every morning and sometimes during the day to realign myself. I’ve been practicing this for a couple of decades, and it provides a space where my mind isn’t racing—a space of quietude where I can also “program” my desires on all levels: physical, emotional, and mental, with specific intentions. This morning, I did a particularly powerful meditation focused on where I see myself a year from now.
I’ve done this, more or less, every year at the end of September for the past six years, and I must say—it works! I’m very precise about how I want to feel and what that looks like. Over the last four years, #bitcoin has been at the core, and in the last two years, #austrianeconomics has been a major focus. The central themes are always #freedom, #humility, #service, and #beinganinspiration.

For me, #imagination is key. As a visual artist, it’s part of the process of conceiving both large and small projects that eventually materialize.

Designing the cover was fun. Though I tried to strip away the color to give more space to the words, in the end, I realized that color is integral to my perception, as I use it to contrast the possibilities inherent in polarities, aspects, and that third element that arises when one confronts deep emotional wounds. The shapes are part of my artistic practice, always channeling the ancestors before me, who had the courage and knowledge to show me part of the way.

While it is not a study of these languages, readers can certainly learn from their unique perspectives on their own individuation journey of liberation from generational and personal trauma. Within these frameworks, I also explore the historical roots of economic systems, the origins of banking, and their connections to political and ecclesiastical authority.
Written in a non-linear, deeply personal, and self-reflective style, the book invites readers to create space for their own reflection. The illustrations are playful, adding a unique visual element to the text.
My philosophy integrates Eastern, ancestral, and cosmological traditions with psychological inquiry, praxeology, and Austrian economics, emphasizing liberty, value, resources, and self-worth in the pursuit of individual and societal service.
