"... For the machine is immortal." But the machine does break. That's why I'm here.

I originally got a pretty good deal on a Solar Edge inverter

(can't say I would recommend them, they really don't take Sonoran desert heat all that well)

Batteries are my next step, but I don't have any storage yet.

The pv array is made up of (now discontinued) 350w longi units.

There's a lot I'll change if I do it again, but this was the first one I've tried. A friend of mine is using Victron. He seems to be happy.

it does cover almost 75 percent of my annual electrical usage which is more than I had originally calculated. We'll see what our does at the end of a decade.

That's so you can keep warm when it breaks down in the winter.

That said. I haven't seen that era Ford in a long time.

Strange. Can't seem to teach My malamute how to play chords like that.

Life lesson.

Never trust someone that claims to appreciate jazz, but can't compose anything original.

It's been a surprisingly long process,

But cultural degeneration will trend toward elevating the weak and futile to the status of demi-gods.

Whether intentional or not, It's a strange bastardization of Nietzsche's Slave Morality.

Palms dying?

Yes.

They don't like being transplanted or left underwatered in small spaces.

Because of 5th gen cell tower radio frequencies? No.

Basically whatever it takes to keep the soil fairly damp.

If it doesn't drain particularly well (high clay content for example) water less,

If it drains quickly( loamy/sandy), then more often.
