This.
And to, somehow, make the masses understand that it is the choice of money that is the worse offender to happiness, freedom, and even social contracts.
It's not about taxes, more than enabling totalitarianism, that is the core issue.
Don't use their money via banking/cc
Don't use their money via cash
Exit fiat.
Why is this experiment being popular at the moment is what I wonder? I mean, one can see why, but why the sudden trend? An awakening of some sort?
Good question! It would be nice to be able to revoke it, but then, we would need a centralized system of trust or something alike.
In any case, I wonder the same, bump!
We've been through a lot, #UASF, #NO2X, we got out hats, etc...
But I have to give Jason's podcasts and thesis a thumbs up.
I have experience working with military "legalist"/strategist, and I get where Jason is coming from, plus where he is going with his work. I think I do.
I would argue your blog post proves more that you do not understand his work than offer a solid rebuttal.
If you want his attention, perhaps restudy his work, and rework your counter position?
Or let's break it down one counterpoint at a time here? See where it goes?
I add GMONEY here, as I think the big picture involves more people inside DoD than most like to admit. nostr:npub1p0azx5nzq2da6vjlkf5rveuc2r0zj3jhhrz6kvhlm3sd7u055s4sw3mfvl
Idem.
I checked out more than a decade ago, but it does not mean I am helping "the cause" by any means. I just couldn't live with myself anymore, but in retrospect, I should have stretched longer in the "system" to gain more leverage in Bitcoin for later down the road.
I would say, stack as many as possible, and then later, you will use them where it matters and that's when we will make a dent for the better.
Yeah, CeFI + Custodian turns to nightmare very fast, worse than current banking (depends in jurisdiction). I talk from experience.
---> Non KYC exchanges and self custody only! And that was the idea from the start.
I'll pass on meeting the person I think.
Isn't the guy who used to be bad, allegedly sorted his shit out, to now tell us men how to be, to then go do stupid things for what, attention?
Anyway... Looking forward to meet nostr/Bitcoin people at a conf. I think Japan looks interesting:)

Well, nostr for Facebook then?
It's onLy 4%.../s

We got you covered!
Perso, running 3x at all time across 2x continent, just moved as well, and unfortunately, 2 are in the same place now. But we'll fix that this summer:)
My oldest, still running, is a fanless i5 box from back un 2015. Remains my favorite:)

My sweet spot is 5-7hrs eating window, consistent.
Did it all, from 60 days on fresh veg juice fasting, to a few days, a week, intermittent, 1 hr eating window, 3,4...
At the end of the day, I find a boring diet, eat within 5-7 hrs, is how I feel best.
Human body is really an impressive machine.
Pretty much.
The question is more how many and which ones? Also, through lawful intercepts, from which jurisdictions do they accept requests?
Why would AI care?
Except curiosity or keeping us around in case it missed on something it could learn?
In fact, just letting us be is likely the most optimal option for a far superior intellect.
That's how I see it, but what do I know, maybe tomorrow I won't wake up from post human genocide :-P
I think the later.
Bitcoin is anti-AI or AI resilient.
AI would not care. And it's likely that AI is already there and has been from somewhere else or the past, thus, that already present AI does not care about us, but will likely prevent new competition (AI) to arise.
