I thought I would die in my own snot but just like Jesus I resurrected, not quite like him in three days but after two weeks. I'm still not feeling it but I'm feeling way better. I wanted to post some happy yule and happy new year kinda things but no way. I was delusional I could almost hear Saint Peter calling me. But here I am. I don't know why but flies are one of my favorite subjects to draw and paint, they fascinate me. They are disgusting and annoying as can be but still there's this icky factor and also me just scratching my head trying to come up with a reason to explain why I paint them and here I am showing you some of the flies I painted this year and two from a year or so ago. 🪰

Some are gouache, some I did on procreate, one's a watercolor and another in ink, can you tell which is which?
