I don’t think so, since NIP-05 is not necessarily verifying your identity as a person, but as an account paired with something else that is otherwise a legitimate representation of you, or whatever you represent to be.
My understanding based on the above replies is that NIP-05 verification means the domain and Nostr account identity are verified to be paired; however, it’s not necessarily true that the person is who they say they are.
Maybe there will be NIP-05 verification services in the future (if they don’t already exist) that serve this purpose (to verify the person is who they say they are).
