Thx -- I reckon I used approx 1.5lbs of mince seasoned with salt, 1 egg & breadcrumbs for 6 burgers
1. Form your mince into balls, press flat & add pepper
2. Place thinly sliced onions on top as bottom cooks
3. Carefully flip and place two slices of American cheese per patty.
Optional: once cooked stack 1 patty on top of the other if you want a legendary double decker
Love that. Will need to try orzo sometime.
