How many of you Nostriches listen to your podcasts and audio books at faster speeds? I'm looking for advice or recommendations on how much faster you can work up to and if you can retain high comprehension while listening at 3x speeds?

I use, 1.75 max, usually have to lower the speed for high pitched voices, couldn’t imagine doing 3x (maybe if I was not doing anything, eg gym, but that’s never the case for me)
