If you don't want the land to catch on fire you clear it, it's more a policy that you should do it. There are a few different ways this then happens.
One is prescribed burn off's to get rid of some of it before summer hits it lower the risk in high fire zones also 😊

Mighty+ for me. Been using it for the last 7 months and it lasts longer, better temperature and heat up times and the cleaning processes on it are much better, and easier to pull apart or at least i find they are.
The digital screen has some glitches and I have read this is a common issue but it doesn't affect the use and I didn't know until after I had purchased but overall I would say its worth extra you pay for it. Hope that helps! 😁
