I've come to realize that something I was conceptualizing/creating was already conceptualized/created in 2008 ( https://inria.hal.science/inria-00216196/document ) which is both awesome to see, but also annoying that I didn't research enough. If I had researched more, I would have likely found this and my brain power could have been spared.

It is nice to see so many parallels between my own conception, and something created by others. It's also nice to see this laid out so nicely on paper (above) and that it was successfully built (I'm not nearly there yet). It's also nice to see some things I hadn't considered yet.

I got a job offer last night that I don't think I can resist. Skilled maintenance guy at the local airport, wage is 35/hr (40hrs/week), unionized, full medical benefits, on-site gym, tool allowance.

They do very little, and play on their laptops all day until something breaks. This is basically my life now, but I'd get paid for the down time.

Well, I got banned from Twitter for standing up for something I thought was right, but I stand firmly in my plea that bullying has no place in an online community. Those who can be so careless to support and defend coercion should find themselves at the mercy of their own sick and twisted desires.

This whole "delegated event signing" thing (NIP-26) is interesting to think about.

What if a media outlet (with a key), delegated its event signing to journalists. Or a git repository (with a key) that delegated its event signing to developers. Or a wiki page (with a key) that delegated its event signing to writers.

Maybe I'm overlooking some details, but it seems to play nicely in my head atm. 😂
